Zach Grimes, CPA
Director of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Grimes joined the firm in 2014 as the Director of Marketing and Client Services and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2019. Prior to that he worked for over sixteen years at Robert W. Baird as a Senior Vice President in the Private Wealth Management Division. Mr. Grimes began his career at Arthur Andersen following the completion of his BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997.
Gordan Lasic
Portfolio Specialist & Consultant Relations
Mr. Lasic joined the firm in 2016 as Portfolio Specialist and Consultant Relations. Prior to that he held Institutional Equity Sales and Equity Research roles at Robert W. Baird. Mr. Lasic holds a BS in Finance and International Business and MBA from Marquette University.
Richard Plawecki
Director of Institutional Client Services
Mr. Plawecki joined the firm 1992 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted to Director of Institutional Client Services in 1995. Prior to that he was Treasurer of the City of Dearborn Heights. Mr. Plawecki has a BS in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
Christopher Hodges
Senior Business Development Manager
Mr. Hodges joined the firm in 2015 as a Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to that he was a Sales Director with Legg Mason. Mr. Hodges holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Villanova University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Trevor Savage, JD
Senior Business Development Manager
Mr. Savage joined Reinhart Partners in 2021 as Senior Business Development Manager. Previously, he was Vice President of Institutional Sales and Marketing for Seminole Financial Services. Mr. Savage holds a BA in Information Studies from Michigan State University and a JD from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Will Collins, CIMA®
Senior Business Development Manager
Mr. Collins joined the firm 2021 as Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to that he was Associate Regional Director with Russell Investments. Mr. Collins has a BS in Economics from Mississippi State University.
Darren DeVore
Consultant Relations
Mr. DeVore joined the firm in 2019 to focus on the firms work with institutional clients and consultants. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at Artisan Partners LP. where he grew the firm from approximately $800mm in assets to over $65 billion globally. Mr. DeVore received his BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
Nathan Warren
RFP & Data Specialist
Mr. Warren joined the firm in 2006 as a Marketing Associate and has since been promoted to RFP & Data Specialist. Prior to that he worked for the Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Warren holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
Anne Gozdowiak
Marketing Associate
Ms. Gozdowiak joined the firm in 2010 and is a Marketing Associate. Prior to that she held a Multi Media Training Developer role at Metavante Corporation.
Tracy Anzalone
Operations Associate
Ms. Anzalone joined the firm in 2009 as Equity Operations Associate. Prior to that she was the Trading Assistant at Geneva Capital Management. Ms. Anzalone has a BS in Finance from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Monica Young
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Young joined the firm in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to that she held a Program Coordinator role at the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum.
